We run a variety of rifle courses aimed at all levels of experience.

Beginners Rifle Shooting

A great start for anyone who would like to start rifle shooting, be it for target, hunting or both.

If you’re keen to start deer stalking then this a great course to set you off on the right foot.

Perfect if you have your own rifle and want to learn how to shoot proficiently at longer distances.

Venison butchery

How to get the most out of your hunt. From skinning to breaking down ready for the freezer. Includes half a carcass to take home with you (once you have butchered it!)

Reloading (rifle ammunition)

Want to start making your own ammunition? This will give you the right foundations and help you get started.

Deer stalking certificate levels 1 and 2

Recognised DMQ qualifications in deer stalking. A must for anyone serious about stalking.

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Orston Shooting Ground

Our Orston shop is based at a fantastic clay pigeon shooting facility offering a sporting layout, a Sportrap layout, and a game arena for practising driven birds.

A team of qualified shooting instructors is available for lessons, whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced shot looking to refine your skills.

You can try any of our second-hand guns on site, and we also offer a selection of demo guns from several leading brands for you to test.

There’s even an on-site café, making a visit to Orston the perfect opportunity to enjoy a full day out.

Wittering Grange Farm

At Wittering Grange there is an appointment only clay shooting range.

Tucked away on the ground there is a lovely private set up with a variety of targets to suit all abilities.

The small team of instructors are able to help everyone along their shooting journey and appointments can be made to try out any of the second hand guns that we have on site.
